Coin Redemption & Rewards
TripPlanGo and Hoiii Walk users can earn coins through eligible in-app activities and may use those coins to request available rewards, including merchandise and digital gift cards where supported.
How Coins Work
Coins are a virtual in-app unit used for gameplay and rewards. Coins are not legal tender, not stored value, not a bank account, and do not have cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
Coin earning rates, eligible activities, and redemption requirements may change from time to time for gameplay balance, fraud prevention, operational needs, or legal compliance.
Reward Types
Merchandise Rewards
Merchandise rewards may include physical items such as branded goods or other promotional products. Availability, shipping regions, item styles, sizes, and quantities may vary.
Digital Gift Card Rewards
Digital gift card options may include popular brands such as Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Google Play, Starbucks, Walmart, or other providers depending on country, availability, and fulfillment partner support.
Options may vary by country or region. More options may be added over time, and some rewards may be substituted, paused, or unavailable depending on provider catalog availability, legal restrictions, exchange rates, fees, and operational requirements.
Digital Gift Card Tiers
Digital gift card rewards are generally shown in tiered coin amounts. The estimated reward value may vary depending on your selected country, available providers, exchange rates, fees, and catalog availability.
Values are estimates and may not be available in every country or for every gift card brand. Final availability is confirmed during review and fulfillment.
How to Request a Reward
- Open the rewards area in TripPlanGo or Hoiii Walk and check your available coin balance.
- Choose an eligible reward tier or available merchandise item (in Hoiii's Shop).
- For digital gift cards, select your country and choose an available gift card option.
- Complete the required redemption details, including your name and reachable email address.
- Complete phone verification when prompted. Phone verification helps us reduce fraud, automation, duplicate abuse, and unauthorized redemptions.
- Submit your redemption request for review.
Verification & Review
To protect the rewards program and ensure fair access for all users, redemptions may be reviewed before approval. Phone verification is required for reward requests, and in some cases our support team may request additional verification or clarification at our discretion.
We may delay, decline, cancel, reverse, or further review a redemption if we reasonably suspect abuse, automation, manipulation, duplicate accounts, policy violations, inaccurate information, or legal non-compliance.
What Happens After You Submit
After your request is submitted, you should receive an in-app confirmation and/or email confirmation where applicable.
Our team will review the request. If approved, merchandise rewards will be prepared for shipping where available, and digital gift card rewards will be fulfilled through supported fulfillment providers or manual support processing.
Processing times may vary. Most requests are reviewed as quickly as possible, but additional verification, provider availability, weekends, holidays, or unusual activity may extend processing time.
Country & Availability
Digital gift card availability varies by country and provider. Some countries may show a direct list of popular gift card options, while other countries may require contacting support to discuss available options.
If your country is not currently supported for direct digital gift card selection, you may use the in-app support form to contact us. Please include your name, reachable email address, country, and request details so our support team can review possible options.
