2. Scope

This Policy applies to TripPlanGo. It does not apply to third-party sites or services accessed via links from our Services.

Related apps: TripPlanGo includes or connects with features such as FunWalking and may interoperate with the standalone Hoiii Walk app. If you use the same account, limited data (e.g., coins balance and rewards eligibility) may sync across apps to provide continuity.

3. Information We Collect

• Account & Profile: name, email, federated sign-in identifiers, profile photo, settings.
• Trip & Itinerary Data: destinations, dates, bookings, accommodations, activities, notes, packing items, budgets, and expenses.
• Messages & Media: messages, reactions, polls, and media shared in trips or groups (media may auto-expire).
• AI Inputs & Outputs: prompts, context, and generated results related to itineraries, packing, and summaries.
• Location & Steps (Optional): approximate/precise location and step counts, with permission, for FunWalking and map-based features.
• Device & Diagnostics: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance metrics.
• Purchases & Subscriptions: app store transaction metadata (we do not receive full card details).

4. Sources of Information

We collect information from you, your device, collaborators you invite, and our service providers.

5. How We Use Data (Legal Bases)

• Provide and operate Services (contract).
• AI-assisted planning and summaries (contract; legitimate interests; consent where required).
• FunWalking features and step-to-coin conversion (contract; consent).
• Rewards processing and fraud prevention (contract; legitimate interests).
• Security, abuse prevention, compliance (legal obligations).
• Analytics and product improvement (legitimate interests; consent where required).

No solely automated legal decisions. AI does not produce legal or similarly significant effects by itself.

6. AI Processing Disclosure

We use AI providers (including OpenAI) to generate and parse content you request. Where controls are available, we configure providers not to use your data to train their models. AI outputs are provided for assistance only and require user review.

7. Rewards & Fulfillment (Merchandise & Digital Gift Cards)

TripPlanGo allows coin redemption for Hoiii merchandise and, where available, digital gift cards (e.g., Amazon, PayPal, Visa). Availability varies by country and is offered at our discretion.

Reward catalogs, denominations, eligibility rules, and availability may change, be substituted, paused, or discontinued at any time due to legal, logistical, or partner constraints.

• Shipping information: recipient name, address, email, optional phone number.
• Fulfillment records: redemption IDs, delivery status, support history.
• Country/region signals: to determine eligibility and prevent abuse.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

8. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.
