Coin Redemption & Rewards
TripPlanGo and Hoiii Walk users can earn coins through eligible in-app activities and may use those coins to request available rewards, including Hoiii merch, digital gift cards, and PayPal Cash where supported.
Important Redemption Notice
All redemption requests are pending availability and our support team's manual review to prevent fraud.
Rewards are not guaranteed until reviewed and approved. We may delay, decline, cancel, reverse, or further review a request if we reasonably suspect duplicate-account abuse, automation, manipulation, inaccurate information, policy violations, unusual activity, or legal/compliance concerns.
How Coins Work
Coins are a virtual in-app unit used for gameplay and rewards. Coins are not legal tender, not stored value, not a bank account, and do not have cash value unless a redemption request is reviewed, approved, and fulfilled by our support team.
Coin earning rates, eligible activities, reward options, and redemption requirements may change from time to time for gameplay balance, fraud prevention, operational needs, provider availability, or legal compliance.
Where to Find Reward Options
- Open TripPlanGo or Hoiii Walk.
- Tap the coin balance in the top-right corner to open Reward History, or open the hamburger menu on the Home screen and choose Reward History.
- Under Reward Tier, tap Reward Options.
- Choose Gift Cards or PayPal Cash, then follow the in-app instructions.
Reward Types
Merchandise Rewards
Hoiii merchandise may include branded goods or other promotional items. Availability, shipping regions, item styles, sizes, and quantities may vary. Some merchandise may be shown for preview before online purchase or redemption is available.
Digital Gift Card Rewards
Digital gift card options currently focus on Canada and the United States in the app. Popular examples may include Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Google Play, Starbucks, Walmart, or other supported brands depending on Tremendous catalog availability.
Gift card availability, denominations, brands, country support, local currency value, exchange rates, fees, and fulfillment options may vary.
PayPal Cash Rewards
PayPal Cash has been added as a reward option for supported countries through Tremendous. PayPal Cash may be available in many countries, but payout availability depends on Tremendous, PayPal account eligibility, country, currency, fraud controls, and manual review.
PayPal or currency conversion/withdrawal fees may apply. PayPal Cash starts at a higher coin requirement than gift cards because provider fees, review, and support costs are higher.
Digital Gift Card Tiers
Gift card tiers are CAD-budgeted. United States rewards may be smaller after exchange rates, fees, and catalog availability.
Final gift card availability is confirmed during review and fulfillment. A displayed option may still become unavailable if the provider catalog changes.
PayPal Cash Tiers
PayPal Cash rewards are shown as Canadian-dollar-equivalent tiers. The actual local payout experience may depend on PayPal, Tremendous, country support, currency, account eligibility, exchange rates, and any applicable PayPal or withdrawal fees.
PayPal Cash redemption requires a reachable PayPal email address. Please use the email connected to your PayPal account.
How to Request a Reward
- Check your available coin balance in the app.
- Open Reward Options and choose Gift Cards or PayPal Cash.
- Select your reward tier and country where applicable.
- For gift cards, choose an available brand shown in the app.
- For PayPal Cash, choose your PayPal country and enter your PayPal email address.
- Complete phone verification when prompted. Phone verification helps reduce fraud, automation, duplicate abuse, and unauthorized redemptions.
- Submit your redemption request for support review.
Other Countries
If your country is not shown for direct gift card selection, use the Other countries request option inside the app. Please include your country, preferred reward type, reachable email address, and request details.
Our support team will review whether a gift card, PayPal Cash, or another available reward option may be supported for your country.
What Happens After You Submit
After your request is submitted, you should receive an in-app confirmation and/or email confirmation where applicable.
Your request will be reviewed by our support team. If approved, gift cards and PayPal Cash rewards may be fulfilled through Tremendous where available, or manually processed by support where needed.
Processing times may vary. Additional verification, provider availability, weekends, holidays, unusual activity, or incomplete request details may extend processing time.

Please include your app name, account email, user ID if available, ticket number if you have one, and a clear description of your request.

- We do not guarantee that any specific reward, brand, value, denomination, country option, currency, or payout method will be available at any time.
- Screenshots, marketing text, examples, and displayed reward options are illustrative and may change.
- For physical merchandise, users are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, payment provider fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees, or other local charges may be the user's responsibility where applicable.
- Rewards may not be resold, exchanged, transferred, or used where prohibited by law, provider rules, or app policy.
